Be as detailed as you can. I can't read minds so the more information you provide, the easier it will be to make the product. I usually offer a variety of options so make sure you visit the item page to view the what's available.

Pricing:
I believe in fair pricing. A lot of time and effort goes into everything I design. Some items are easier than others and my prices vary according to the amount of work involved. But I will list a general outline on my featured items:

Animated Avatar Pics: 2000 credits and up
Animated Photo Ablums: 4000 credits and up
Magazine Covers: 3000 credits and up
Personalized Greeting Cards: 1000 credits and up
Animated Billboard Frames: 3000 credits and up
Regular Picture Frames: 1000 credits and up

I require payment up front and will gift the item once completed.
All prices include the submission costs.
Please, no promo credits or trades. I have enough items in my inventory. Prices are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right to cancel any project or to refuse service. All credits will be refunded if this is necessary.

Quality:
As with anything, customer satisfaction is at the top of my list. Throughout the process, I keep in contact so that every detail meets your approval before final publishing. It doesn't make it into the catalog until you are completely happy. However, it takes time to make a quality product so please be patient.

Refunds
There are no such things as refunds on a product. For clothing, make sure you try before you buy. If there are defects in the design please email me so that I can address the issue and make the corrections if possible. Some defects are due to faults in the original 3D mesh and cannot be corrected by me.
